A. It’s simple. Just call us at 941-3463(Honolulu & Pearl City/Aiea) or 261-3463(Kailua) and give us your phone number and delivery address. Tell us which restaurant that you want delivery from. Order your items by number, tell us your payment method and then sit back and relax. If you prefer, you can order online by clicking HERE! Your food should arrive in about an hour. Q. What areas do you deliver to? A. We deliver predominantly in Kailua, Honolulu/Waikiki, and Pearl City/Aiea. Deliveries outside these areas may be arranged. Please call to inquire. Q. How do you keep my food from getting cold? A. We pick up your food right from the restaurant’s kitchen and carry it in our mylar constructed insulated heat bags. These bags are designed to keep hot food hot and cold food cold. Q. What's the standard tip for drivers? A. Our “mobile waiters” work for tips just like restaurant waitstaff. They also provide their own vehicles and gas. A customary 10%-20% gratuity is greatly appreciated. Q. Why don't you open a branch in Hawaii Kai or Hickam? A. We are always looking to expand service. Currently we do make deliveries to almost anywhere on the island. For details and restrictions please call and ask. Q. Which restaurants do you deliver from? A. We partner with over 50 different restaurants in Honolulu, Kailua and Pearl City/Aiea. Please see our "Menus & Delivery Fees" section for a listing! Q. Can you fax me menus? A. Yes we can. Just call us and we’ll gladly fax any of our menus to you. Q. How long does it take for delivery? A. Delivery takes about an hour. Weather, traffic conditions, driving distance as well as ordering during peak hours may require us to ask for additional time. We do however try our best to deliver your order as soon as posible. Q. Can I order from Kailua if I live in Kaneohe? A. Out of area deliveries can usually be arranged. Please call us and ask for details. Q. What is the minimum order amount? A. Minimum food order for lunch is $30 and after 12:30pm is $10. There is a $10 minimum food order for dinner. Q. How much does it cost to have something delivered? A. We have a minimum delivery fee of $4.99. Delivery fees vary according to you location and zip code. Please see our "Menus & Delivery Fees" section. Q. Can I request a specific driver? A. Yes you can. However, requesting a driver may require a longer wait for your delivery based on location and availability of that driver. Q. Since it takes an hour for delivery, does the food arrive hot? A. Since we don’t send your order to the restaurant until we have an available driver, your order gets picked up as soon as it’s finished being prepared. It is then placed in our temperature controlled bags for transportation. Q. Why do I need to give you my phone number? A. Your phone number is unique to your address, therefore, it’s the only way store and retrieve your delivery address and customer information. Q. How often do you update your menu guides? A. We print new menu guides approximately every 6 months. Due to the frequency of restaurant price and menu adjustments, some changes go unannounced. We apologize for this inconvenience. Q. What is your gasoline surcharge and why is it not incorporated into the delivery charge? A. We instituted this charge to help our mobile wait staff offset the highly volatile cost of gasoline. Unlike the delivery charge, this entire fee goes directly to the driver delivering your order. We didn't include this charge into the delivery charge because we wanted to be able to lower or raise the charge in accordance with the fluctuations of the price of gas and eventually discontinue the charge entirely should the price of gasoline stabilize. |
